What is MyHub?
MyHub is Laksh Incubator’s signature project. Specifically designed to disrupt the service industry, this web and mobile platform will be one of the world’s firsts and will serve as the basis from which multiple new marketplace businesses will be created for years to come.
While the idea has been percolating and synthesizing with other ideas for the better part of two years, for the past 6 months, Laksh Labs Incubator division has been developing a new business model, business presentation, and business platform. This model will demonstrate Laksh’s commitment to developing vertically integrated solutions, creating public-private partnerships, and driving efforts to improve local communities. Apps & E-Commerce
The world’s population is expected to eclipse 10 Billion people by the year 2100. While we are approaching 4 billion active online users today, 50% of the world population is still not online. That being said, by applying Moore’s Law, its fair to say that everyone will have access to the internet by 2100. This means new platforms will be created all the time to meet the needs of users all over Earth. Laksh Incubator wants to create platforms that serves the needs of 0.25% to 1% of the population.
We currently have two platforms that we are developing: a social app for the millennial mindset and an E-Commerce platform dedicated to personal branding. Stay tuned as we make progress and launch these platforms.
Accelerator
One of our favourite books is by Steven Johnson: Where Good Idea’s Come From. We encourage you to read this book. The concepts in this book include: the importance of the collision of ideas, creating spaces for ideas to mingle and be exchanged, coming together to build and improve on your own ideas, and that chance favours the connected.
